Specimen Requirements: 30 mL from a random urine (minimum: 20 mL of urine) collected following the “chain of custody” procedure. “Chain of custody” collection kits are available from Meadville Medical Center Laboratory. No preservative. Refrigerate specimen after collection.

The chain-of-custody collection procedure is required, as well as the requisition be filled out accurately.
No specimen substitutions.
