Methodology: Electrochemiluminescence

Specimen Requirements:
1 yellow-top SST tube (minimum: 1.0 mL of serum). The morning specimen should be drawn between 7-9 AM. The afternoon specimen should be drawn between 3-5 PM. Random specimen can be drawn at any time of day. Centrifuge SST 30 minutes after draw. Refrigerate specimen after collection.

NOTE: Label time collected on specimen tube.

Analytical Time: 3 days
