Specimen Requirements:
1 yellow-top SST tube (minimum: 1.0 mL of serum) or 1 amber microtainer tube (allow microtainer to fill completely) for pediatric use. Centrifuge SST 30 minutes after draw. Refrigerate specimen after collection.

NOTE: Red microtainer tube is also acceptable. Wrap microtainer in foil to protect from light.
