Medical Assistance Transportation

Our Medical Assistance Transportation Program at Meadville Medical Center (MMC) in Crawford County, PA is designed to meet that need and ensure that you have access to medical care. If you have an Access Card and need a ride, we’re here to help. Rides are available to medical appointments in Crawford, Erie, Venango, Warren, and Mercer Counties. Mileage reimbursement is available if you have access to a vehicle, or we can provide a ride for you with advance notice. Services are funded through the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services under the auspices of Crawford County Human Services.
