If antigen is positive, the titer, considered medically appropriate will be reflexed, resulting in additional charges.

Methodology: Latex Agglutination Test (LAT)

Specimen Requirements:
1 yellow-top SST tube (minimum: 1.0 mL of serum). Centrifuge SST 30 minutes after draw. Refrigerate specimen after collection.

Analytical Time: 6 days

Days Set Up: Monday through Sunday
