Your Appointment at OAM
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment for registration and to fill in a health questionnaire. When you come for your appointments, please remember to bring the following:
- Drivers License or a valid ID
- Insurance information
- Referral Letter (if required)
- Reports, X-rays, MRI’s, CT scans, etc., and any other relevant information
- List of medications (if any)
Cancellation Policy
Call our the office (814-724-1252) during business hours and allow at least 1 day’s notice so that we can offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list.
OAM Charges a $25 no-show fee for patients who fail to cancel their appointments at least one business day in advance and a $50 no-show fee for patients who fail to cancel their EMG appointments with Dr. Wheeling at least two business days in advance.
Photo and Video Policy
OAM does not permit patients, parents/legal guardians or any other visitor to photograph physicians/staff when the physician/staff is providing patient care. The use of photography, videotaping and/or other visual or audio recordings for any reason is strictly prohibited without written authorization by OAM management.

Meadville Medical Center Patient Portal
OAM patients can access vital components of their medical records, including reports, medications, and lab results through Meadville Medical Center’s patient portal.
Please note: any questions regarding your lab results, medications or health reports should be directed to your physician.
