Dr. William Cobert, Jr. completed his Associates of Arts and Science at Penn State university (Fayette) and received his Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where he has also served as a clinical chiropractic mentor. He has practiced for 30 years and previously treated patients at the VA Medical Center in Erie as well as other locations in the Erie and Pittsburgh/Uniontown areas.
Dr. Cobert will begin seeing chiropractic patients at the Meadville Community Health Center (MCHC) on
