The Affirm VPIII sample collection and specimen processing procedure has been designed for use with vaginal specimens. The use of this procedure with other specimen types has not been established.

Specimen Requirements:
Must be collected using BD Affirm collection system; may be held up to 72 hours at room temperature prior to testing.
