Meadville Medical Center Receives 2020 Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award for Achieving and Sustaining Excellence in Patient Experience

Meadville, PA - Meadville Medical Center (MMC) is pleased to announce it
has been named a 2020 Guardian of Excellence Award® winner by Press
Ganey. The Guardian of Excellence Award recognizes top-performing health
care organizations that have achieved the 95th percentile or above for
performance in Patient Experience.
The Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence is a nationally recognized symbol
of achievement in health care. Presented annually, the award honors clients
who consistently sustained performance in the top 5% of all Press Ganey
clients for each reporting period during the course of one year. This
year only 37 out of over 1,300 entities received the award.

workers, it is truly rewarding to have our patients recognize and appreciate
the care our physicians and staff provide each and every day. To know

French Creek Internal Medicine, French Creek Urology, Infectious Disease,
Liberty Street Surgical Associates, Meadville Cardiology Consultants,
Meadville Dermatology and Skin Surgery Institute, Meadville Family Practice
and Wellness, Neurology Center of Meadville, Pulmonary Associates of Meadville
and The Center for Hypertension and Nephrology Services.
The caregivers and staff of Meadville Medical Center touch the lives of
