Pandemic Youth Response Initiative
The Meadville Medical Center Foundation is seeking a local partner to assist
in positively impacting youth in our community who may have been negatively
affected by the broad consequences as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Funding Amount:
- Year 1: $100,000 September 1, 2021 – August 30, 2022
- Year 2: $50,000 September 1, 2022 – August 30, 2023
Number of Awards: 1
Use of Funds: The Awardee must use the $100,000 in Year 1 to create or enhance an existing
program to specifically benefit youth who were negatively impacted due
to the broad consequences as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Awardee
will receive quarterly advances of the funds.
Allowable Uses: Personnel, Materials & Supplies, Travel, Advertising, Equipment, Food,
Indirect Cost: Allowable up to 5%
Service Area: Individuals who reside in the following zip codes: 16335, 16406, 16433,
16440, 16403, 16404, 16360, 16327, 16316, 16422, 16424,16314
Eligible Applicants: Only 501(c)3 organizations are eligible.
Applicants Primary Office Location: Must be located in the Service Area.
Directions: Any organization interested in submitting a proposal must complete the
attached application and provide the required documentation.
Print the completed application and the required documentation then mail
one unbound copy to MMC Foundation, 736 Liberty Street, Meadville, PA 16335.
