Telehealth Monitoring
stretches the reach of the VNA professional staff by providing a daily check of the client's weight, blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation in the blood and temperature. All results are transmitted to the VNA and reviewed by a registered nurse on a daily basis. Physicians are then contacted as needed with abnormal results.
