Statement
Community Health Services and affiliates
will remain a quality provider of health and
human services, in response to identified
needs in our service area. CHS affiliates
will continue, as in the past, to provide
for the basic health and human service needs
of all persons, regardless of their ability
to pay.
Vision

Our vision is to exceed the expectations of
those we serve by working together as a
team, dedicated to a process of never-ending
improvement.
Volunteers
May of our programs rely on volunteers from
the community which we serve. Volunteers may
help at many of our sites with reception,
clerical or counseling services. In the home
of a disabled person, volunteers provide
respite assistance for family caregivers.
Volunteers may also assist us in fund

Donors
Despite reimbursement by government and
insurance sources, the provision of our
services on a charitable basis requires
additional support from the the community.
Donations to any of our service units are
gratefully accepted. We also have active
Memorial Endowment Programs for Hospice and
Home Health Support. A contribution under
these programs provides a meaningful and
lasting opportunity to memorialize these
greatly missed and dearly loved. For
