Medical Center Associates Club
The Meadville Medical Center Associates Club
has been established by the Foundation to
recognize and honor those friends who show
their commitment through leadership gifts.
Members are listed each year by the
appropriate Associates Club category in the
Annual Report of Gifts within the following
levels:
Century Club $100 - $249
Sustaining Donors' Club $250 - $499
The Directors' Club $500 - $999
The President's Club $1,000 - $1,999
Chairman's Club $2,000 - $4,999
The Fellows' Club $5,000 or more
Annual membership in the MMC's Associates
Club is open to organizations, corporations
and foundations as well as to individuals.
Couples are eligible for membership in the
appropriate category based on the combined
total of their gifts. Donors who secure
employer matching gifts are eligible for
membership in the appropriate category based
on the combined total of the gifts.
Membership may be renewed annually and will
be acknowledged for the category
representing the amount of the gift.
Cumulative
Gifts Recognition Program
The Foundation will provide
significant recognition for donors whose
cumulative giving totals $2,500 or more.
Donors will be recognized on the permanent donor wall
at the Liberty Street
Facility within the following levels:
Friends $2,500 - $9,999
Sponsors $10,000 - $24,999
Patrons $25,000 - $99,999
Benefactors $100,000 - $249,999
Meritorious Benefactors $250,000 - $999,999
Honored Benefactors $1,000,000 or more
The Circle of Life Society
The Circle of Life Society honors
and recognizes those individuals who have
made or will make, primarily through their
estate plans, a significant contribution to
the Meadville Medical Center Foundation.
Membership in the Circle of Life Society
allows the Foundation to recognize and thank
our loyal friends who have partnered with us
to continue to meet the community's health
care needs and to maintain a commitment to
health care excellence for future
generations of the Meadville community.
