It is a pleasure for me to serve as Chairperson of the Foundation Board.

Since it's inception in 1993, the Foundation has been very successful in supporting Meadville Medical Center and their efforts to enhance health care to our community.

Each year the Foundation board, working with the hospital department heads and staff, determine a project that will benefit patient welfare and money raised will be used to purchase the needed equipment for the project through the Foundation's Annual Fund Drive.

Since Meadville Medical Center is a community, not for profit hospital, these projects have a major impact on hospital operations relating to patient care or comfort.

This success is the direct result of the support we receive from the Meadville community during the Foundation's Annual Fund Drive.

On behalf of the Foundation's board of directors and staff, we thank you for this support and ask that you continue to help us keep Meadville Medical Center a first class health care facility.
