Premier "Q" Award, 2003

In August 2003 Premier a strategic alliance of more than 1500 non-profit hospitals awarded MMC the Premier Q Award for excellence in Obstetrics and Pregnancy Related Conditions. The criteria used in determining the award recipient included: rate of births by cesarean section, complications and infant mortality.

Solucient 100 Top Hospitals Performance Improvement Leaders

Solucient, an organization that studies hospital performance and quality, named MMC as one of the nation's Top 100 Hospitals for Performance Improvement Leadership. This was the first edition of the award that was based on a five-year study of performance improvement.

Premier "Q" Award, 2004

Once again, MMC's obstetrical staff earned to top award presented by Premier for OB-Pregnancy Related Conditions, or the Premier Award for Quality. This marks the second year running for MMC to earn this honor, only the second time in Premier's memory that a hospital has been a repeat winner of one quality award.

Community Value Top 100, 2005

In 2005, Cleverly & Associates named MMC as a Top 100 Hospital in the US for community value. This award identified hospitals with low costs, low charges and returns a maximum amount of performance to their communities.

Premier Q Award, 2006
