The Portal is a free service that allows our patients to have convenient online access to vital components of their medical record.  These may include reports, medications, and Lab results.

We encourage you to first check our common troubleshooting page to hopefully answer some of your questions.

Note:  Because of the recent upgrade to our primary computer system, the Portal can only display results after 11/1/14.
If you need to access any reports or records before that date, please visit our Medical Records department.
